Pickup is on the Egyptian side of the Taba border crossing, right after you clear the checks. The driver waits with the taxi near the crossing exit.

In most cases Israeli mobile reception is still available right after the border crossing.
It's a relatively short ride and the taxi goes right up to the hotel entrance. The return trip is arranged with the local team.
